Cannot praise and thank the lovely young lady pharmacist and staff at Manor Pharmacy enough.
As usual these days I was fobbed off by the doctor's surgery and told to go to this pharmacy for assistance and antibiotics for an infection.
I was dealt with immediately, issued with a prescription and given medication in a short time, absolutely fantastic help and service.
The staff here should be given the salary of a doctor in my opinion as they seem to be doing more and more work that the doctors used to do, whilst the surgery is now nothing more than a referral service.
Once again, a sincere thank you to the staff at Manor Pharmacy for a fantastic, helpful service, very much appreciated.
Ticket off the items I needed and they gave me the items I hadn't ticked off so I ended up with items I didn't want this has happened to many times and also say they say not been able to get vital medication for my terminal wife's illness couldn't breathe so said ring back but never bothered so my wife had to suffer. So had to ring around myself other chemist then had to get an emergency prescription she had to suffer for their incompetence been using this chemist for a year it's gone downhill.
Ran out of stock for a critical medicine but didn't phone around and didn't direct me to another pharmacy very nearby who had it. This is a failure in a duty of care according to the pharmacy council policy. Very poor practice.
I've had a pleasant experience every time I've come here. The staff are very polite and friendly and the service is outstanding. You can get your medication from here and post your parcels at the same time as it's a post office too.
Went for a pre-booked Covid vaccination. I was seen on time, no waiting. The vaccination was quick and easy and well explained at each stage. I will definitely go there again next time.
My husband and I both had walk-in appointments for our COVID boosters here today and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and kind, despite us both having had our previous two COVID vaccinations in another country. We really appreciate the service you are providing, thank you so much.
