Deceitful garage,
I took my van into here. They damaged the side of my van by hitting a tree. When I got home I realised the side of my van had tree bark stuck to it and dent/scratches across the whole left side panel! I couldn’t believe it and was so annoyed I did not notice it when at the garage. At the time I was going through some negative things mentally and couldn’t deal with the confrontation. I also understand driving your vehicle away would mean they could and would simply deny it.
Here is proof that it is not only just my word.
This garage park the cars/vans they work on up the side road on the steep hill and all alongside the road is overgrown trees & hedges… well it doesn’t take a genius to work that one out.
So to summarise, this garage damaged my vehicle chose to play ignorant and be deceitful by not owning up to it. I have driven this van for 5+ years and it is impossible to cause such damage and not know about it. It was just a case of lack of care for my property and damaged it by mistake. Furthermore, not owning up to it and being deceitful. Disgraceful service
Will never use another garage for my car again. Fairly priced.. Friendly staff and the work is 2nd to none. I don't even mind driving the 10 miles to get my car looked by them. Brilliant Garage
I’ve been using Manor Garage for a few years now. I always send my cars there for repairs and MOT’s. Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient people.
