Great restaurant. We went for lunch, the food is beautiful, I had the indian menu and they had the italian menu. The restaurant has lovely decorated and the service was good. I've also had a takeaway and it was excellent. Would highly recommend to try.
The worst experience in a hotel in my life, I was staying with my family in this hotel for a funeral. The most unwelcoming reception. The keys were basically thrown at us at check in. The room was not clean whatsoever, dirty bathroom, hairs in the shower and bed, toilet brush was deplorable. The blinds were covered in dust the bathroom mirror was filthy and there was stains on the walls and carpet. I work as cabin crew so I have stayed in many hotels and have never come across more rude staff in my life. There was half empty bottles of shower gel from previous guests I assume. Me my boyfriend and his little sister had food in the restaurant and they made us feel so uncomfortable. The staff all whispered among each-other looking at our bill as we only ordered starters. I ended up leaving the hotel and staying with family after the first night as I was so uncomfortable staying there. This really was a terrible experience I definitely would never go back here.
Whilst the room was clean and the food was good, there were a couple of issues that disappointed me. Firstly, I felt that the staff were far from friendly and occasionally I felt my presence there was an inconvenience.|My sink in my bathroom didn’t have a plug, and there was no kettle in the room (something I only noticed late on when wanting a drink, and to be fair something that could have been easily solved.|My biggest issue by far, was being woken at 07:00hrs by a knock on my bedroom door asking me what time I intended to check out. Check out was 10:00hrs and I fail to understand the purpose of the knock. A first for me.|The room was clean, the bed was ok. The bathroom was good and generally the primary issue is the behaviour of the staff ????

arrived Friday for a 3 night stay upon arrival the rudest women I ever came across on reception hadn't even got the right rooms or name for my booking extremely unprofessional and rude attitude!!
Be aware that if your making a booking via the hotel itself you will get no confirmation theres also no contact number that you can get through to as my sister booked rooms also and couldn't cancel because of this issue! So on her arrival the evening she was verbally abused by the woman in charge and told myself and my mother to leave the hotel even though we had a separate booking and tried to throw us out on the street in the middle of nowhere,the man behind the desk was pointing fingers in her face they grabbed keys out of my sisters child hand all because of a fault with there booking system absolutely disgusting behaviour, another man came over at this point and told my sister if she payed 30 pounds for there mistake ... We can stay but we have 5 minutes to make our minds up ....we have never felt so unwelcome the length of time we were staying the attitude and treatment in a different country ruined the 3 day stay. Upon check out the same rude women running the place locked us out of the lobby were we had to leave via a fire exit .The family running this hotel need to do some customer service training felt like discrimination at its finest.
Lucky enough we will never be returning to this hotel but we were attending a funeral for family in a local town nearby we sure made sure the locals knew about this treatment and also will be going further about this .only positive thing about this place is the old gent sitting in the lobby was friendly to us and gave us a hello every-day that's the reason for one star .
I cannot say enough about this place!
The management is top class.
The staff are frighteningly efficient.
Three working a very busy restaurant plus checking in guests at the door, and they made it look easy whilst delivering very good food to a full house.
The price for the rooms is almost unbelievable.

Stayed her for one night reception handed us key did not tell us room number. Lucky the key tag did room clean staff not so friendly
Small rooms and bathroom but w/everything you need. The room where we stayed was noisy, due to the restaurant (kitchen) extractors. Fortunately they turned it off at 9 pm. The Indian food at the restaurant was very good. Good quality/price relation.
First time I have been here for a works lunch. Great choice of food especially if Indian food is not to your taste they have an equivalent Italian selection. Pre starter popadoms and the loveliest spiced onions was a treat. Nice selection of starters, chicken pakora was lovely and just enough for lunchtime. I had lamb main with rice and a side of nan bread. It was delicious and the nicest nan I’ve had in ages. Could not face a desert. Could not get over that all this is available 7 days a week as a lunch menu even Sundays, and all 2 courses for under £11. ||Definitely will be back
