This has been my local surgery for nearly 30 years and I think they are a fabulous surgery. You can generally get an appointment at short notice if you need one and all of the staff are wonderful Care Bears. The only slight negative is the parking. We are very lucky as a community to have this practice.
Rang for the last two days lines was busy, finally got through and now you have to book everything online! I hate this change, think it’s stupid! You have to fill out a form online to see a doctor, what’s that all about! Then it can take up to 48 hours to let you know if they have an appointment for you. I actually can’t believe the way this medical centre has gone, I liked it here when it was dr reeves , now it’s like robots run the place!
The reception staff are always efficient and very polite. The service and care given by The GPs, my husband and I have always found to be excellent. I have to say..the best GP practice by far we have ever been involved with as patients.

She has supported me over the years with my underlying health conditions. I've always been treated as a person not just another patient with respect dignity and a feeling of self worth. Reception staff are always polite and helpful and will go the extra mile. Best practice in knutsford.
Really exceptional practice; it can be very daunting as a first time mum, but the care I have received here has always been second to none for both myself and my baby Very helpful reception staff. Extremely knowledgeable and caring GPs. Have always managed to get an appointment promptly. Thank you for your help, could not recommend highly enough!
One of the best surgeries I have used since leaving in the UK (11 years). The doctors have always been very re very personable and caring with me. Their willingness to help and see you better is to impressive and I would not hesitate recommending this surgery to anyone
Have not yet found a way of securing an appointment with a doctor without hassle. If you need to see them soon - the only appointment is weeks away - if you try to book in advance for some routine matter - they say that they can only book 2 weeks ahead. Reception staff monumentally obstructive and unhelpful. They have all sorts of "rules" about booking an appointment. Its almost like they don't want you to....
Excellent (I previously gave the surgery a couple of years ago 1 star. However, things have changed for the better). The reception staff and the team are very kind, caring and communicate well. I am very glad to be a patient at this surgery.
