Dealt w this firm for a train fare dispute and was not defended but spent lots of money for them to immediately advise I pay thousands. The rudeness and hostility was the worst part.
In the end sorted it without them by dealing directly with the railway that were much more understanding and transparent and wish I had avoided. Hearing many others with the same issue on trustpilot.
Nothing to gain here but to warn others. There’s a reason so many reviews are 5* as they remove honest ones and likely will this one too.
