Disappointing thai food maybe because my expectations were high after tasting pad thai in Phuket served inside half a pineapple. Sticky rice seems artificial and chicken pad thai is boring. Service is good and staff are very friendly.
Cozy restaurant and good food. The lemon chicken was good but the rice could be a little better. The place is nice and the staff is friendly and helpful. Fine food but not outstanding.
I know it’s only Bridgwater on a Wednesday, so expectations can’t be too high, but the food provided was very poor.
This was works do, so total bill was £600. Looking at the various meals ordered, the quality was adequate to poor.
I will not be going back.
Service was fine and staff were pleasant, prices not unreasonable if the quality was better. It could've been what we ordered perhaps, but what we did order was below par. The starter selection was fine, but nothing special. Sizzling steak was rubbery and coated in watery spice, not sauce. Duck was again in a huge amount of water, not sauce. Flavour wasn't great on either of them. The noodles and veg were nice, as was the coconut rice
My wife and I went to a colleagues leaving party, there was 16 of us and all enjoyed the food and service, the only reason I gave it 4 stars is I`m not a fan of Thai/Chinese food but enjoyed what I had.????
So good. Forgot about this place. Recently started eating more plant based food, this restaurant has the biggest vegetarian menu in Bridgwater. Tasty food, served with a smile. :) Definitely be back soon. Thank you Maliwan's.
As always a delicious meal. Very reasonable price. Very extensive menu making a choice difficult with so many nice options. Great service too.
Ive noticed there is a little bit less meat in the currys past few months and I order from here regularly.everything else is spot on,
