Best KPortal Reviews

The guy in the shop had an amazing customer service, I got the chili chicken which was ok but the samosa was one of the best I have ever tried. They also gave us a free onion bhaji which was ok and gave us 2 complimentary naan bread.
The price of fresh naan and roti is £1 for 3 which you don't get anywhere that I know.
Definitely recommended.
The place was closed 4pm on a Monday.
I traveled across the city to this place to try some of the food, disappointed that they weren't even open.
The owner of the bakery is an absolute delight and a real gentleman.
I asked for 5 large garlic naans, I had a credit card on myself but he only accepts cash. He was very nice and decent, he stated I could take my order and pay next time but he went a next step further in kindness and said to not to worry the order was on him. AMAZING!
But, lucky for me I had money in my car and to say the least I ordered two more :) 7 naans.
The naans were absolutely delicious, soft, stretchy and melted in the mouth especially with chickpea (daal) curry.
I disagree with the recent reviews on here commenting on how bad it is. It seems like it is some sort of coordinated attack? Interesting how there are multiple bad reviews from diff people within the same period.
I have lived in Harehills for two years. I am not originally from the area. I've been going to this bakery most days since I moved. The naan is always amazing, the samosas are top notch, the lentils are great and everything else is always nice too. I take all of my friends who visit the area. The boss is always friendly and chatty and the place is always packed. They have helped me to feel welcome, offered me discounts and given me extra bits here and there as any business should to it's regulars.
You can call ahead if you're worried about time, or just pop in whenever. I could not recommend it more!
Good local place to buy fresh naan when you want a change from chapatis or because you don't want to make them! Only negative is that because they're not wrapped properly, they go cold quicker.
Very friendly people and very good service, reasonable prices and very nice and fresh bakhlavas. Their tandoori rotis and their nan breads are very tasty and fresh. This is the only place I have come across around the whole of West Yorkshire that serves the best Chapatis, tandoori rotis and nan breads,! I drive all the way from Dewsbury to Leeds for their fresh bakhlavas.,! And it’s worth the drive.
The roti and naan from this bakery is so fresh and delicious. We also eat the homemade lentils, veg, chickpeas and samosas! Always reliable and very friendly. The best bakery in Leeds!
The worst service I have ever experienced, very rude person who claims to be iranian but isnt, doesnt know how to speak English properly and comes across very ill mannered and vulgar. Dont waste your money or time there. Plenty better bakeries in Leeds and on that road you can visit like zam zam bakery.
