Went here after work because I desperately needed a fill in and wanted some nails for halloween. They were able to squeeze me in which I greatly appreciated and my nail tech did an absolutely fantastic job at doing the design I wanted, everything was perfect down to the shape, the filing of my nails, etc.. Will DEFINITELY be coming back

So happy I found this Nail Salon, I've been coming here for years, I've always been very happy with my manicures and pedicures. The shop is clean and comfortable and the services are completed in a very professional manner.

This place is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. My family and I have been coming to Majestic for yearss, and the only reason we continued to come (and the ONLY reason I gave this place a 2 star) was for Yen. She’s an amazing nail tech with an amazing talent, but we’ve had enough. I made an appointment for my little sister for a full gel set and pedicure. I booked an appointment for 3:30 (which was repeated back to me) just for my little sister to show up the next day at 3:15 for them tell her (rudely) that her appointment is at 4. Tammy then begins to side eye her and start talking to the employees about my sister. So now she’s getting side eyes and glances from the employees. She called me extremely uncomfortable, embarrassed, and frustrated which was UNCALLED FOR. The prices are definitely not worth the lack of customer service. Go Elsewhere!

Visited Majestic Nails for the first time the other day. Sandra did my pedicure and although I picked the “Spa” pedicure which was the best package they had and the most expensive, it felt like anything BUT a spa treatment. Samdra rushed thru it like the place was burning down. Her massage was literally 3 minutes long (total) and left me feeling beat up. She was very distracted and was constantly looking at the door like she was going to miss something. Although the vibe of the place was fun, I’m not happy with the $60 “Spa” pedicure that I received and most likely will not be back.

I’ve been coming for years here! I absolutely love the quality & how long lasting my nails are, and for sure how well taken care of i am each time! Carmen & Cindy are the very best!!

I love Yen because she is hands down the best manicurist there, imo! Her ability to shape and design nails is phenomenal!!! I love her. In my book she is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. However, they have a pedicurist (is that a word?) who should not being doing anyone's feet. She is an older woman who has flucked my pedicure all the way up on two occasions. Generally, there are only three people there that do solid pedicures as I typically leave unsatisfied with my pedicure. It’s like they refuse to do a good job. Anyway, this particular woman, I excused and still tipped the first time because I just figured she was preoccupied or overwhelmed by something. She hardly pushed my cuticles back and was looking everywhere else except at what she was doing. I almost felt like she didn’t want to do a black personʼs feet. Yet, she looks like an Afro- Latina. I hope that wasn't the case. This time really took the cake, though. My girl swiped my foot with the cuticle tool, kept her eyes glued on the door or front desk and nail polish was clumped up on my crookedly filed toenails. It was such an odd experience. How do you think your filing someone’s nails straight with your gaze out the door? I didn’t bother to complain. I just paid for my nails, toes and tipped Yen, who is again an awesome nail technician. She keeps me tight and right! ???? Still, because of this experience (that happened twice) I can’t lie and give them five stars. Ladies, beware of the older woman at the back. I wish her goodwill, but doing pedicures is not her strong suit. I can’t believe she went to school for anything related to nails or anything that requires a level of focus. Girl! ????

I have been going to Tina for over 10+ years. And my nails always look amazing and they dont crack or break. She is worth the wait. And if you like designs your in for a treat. Lately, I' have gone simple since the pandemic. But she is truly talented.
