Not very helpful and they never answer the phone — they will even hang up on you. The GPs in the surgery are always complaining about how useless this pharmacy is.
I’ve been using Magna pharmacy for a while now and every time I have been in a lovely young lady has always been so polite and happy and always tells me to have a lovely day. She makes me smile every time I collect my medication. If only all the other miserable staff were as polite and kind as this young lady. Thank you for being you, very lovely x
On the whole the service is very good. However, I have been trying to call them for the last 5.and a half hours but to no avail which is extremely frustrating as I have run out of medication. Either the phone rings but they don't pick up or it is permanently engaged after 4pm. I am disabled so I can't even take a walk there and it is miserable and dark outside.
Sometimes a queue but it's only a small place. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Much better than Lloyd's.

Although the staff are perfectly friendly they always miss things off my prescription. I always have to be owed things or they can't find it and have to re-do it. My working hours don't allow me to keep coming back for things that should be on my prescription. I always give plenty of time before coming in each time so there shouldn't be any reason as to why stuff is late. Please look into improving this, thank you.
Been using Magna a few months now never had a problem there. Everything is ready when I go into collect from there nothing owing. I've used Lloyd's chemist quite a few times ,and always rang them to check my prescription was done ,and was told yes when I went there it always had to be checked before I could have it, sometimes I had to wait 30 minutes for this. But magna always get it right every time. Had my flu jab there to day didn't even have to wait. They are so on the ball. Best chemist I've been to in years.
Unfriendly Staff and ZERO confidentially!! They’ll shout out loud your meds, your address, your date of birth and whether you pay for your prescriptions or not and what the reasons are! Very humiliating for some people, you can see customers trying to speak quietly only for the pharmacy staff to shout the info back for all present to hear! Breach of Data Protection Act if you ask me!!
This pharmacy was terrible for years. Endless queues and prescriptions never ready. Now it is such a quick and friendly service.
