It’s been a wet few days so far on our trip to Snowdonia and at last it’s stopped rainy long enough to get for a view.
Although we couldn’t see the summit of Snowdon it was impressive non the less.
You really need to get out nice and early in order to get a park at any lookout or waterfall at this time of year, summer!
I went three days in a row and never saw the peaks .It
was just as amazing in the clouds . Well that's what I keep telling myself.
Nice little parking spot with views of Snowdon and the surrounding area. Well worth pulling in for a 5 min rest when passing to admire the scenery. Recommended driving down the Pen-y-Pass after for an incredibly scenic drive.
Good views of Snowdon and area.
"Map" engraved on slab to help you identify the peaks.
Free parking with about a dozen spots. Good smooth surface.
Spectacular view here. Unfortunately, we were not lucky to see the snow mountain top a.k.a. shy mountain
Had low clouds today to take photo's of Snowdon will try again tomorrow but views around are stunning.
Good viewpoint. Went during a storm so was very windy and raining heavily but to be expected! It would be good for the stone slab to point specifically at the mountains. Parking for a few cars present. I'm sure it gets really busy in the summer. I went in december and there were still several cars about.
Lovely view from this car park. Also has an ice cream van in the summer.
