Friendly staff and good coffee! Nice ice cream too and reasonably priced. It is the only coffee shop in Carnoustie that really accommodates families with small children as there is a good variety of toys for them to play.
Went in this morning asked for a bacon roll and was given a cup of coffee maybe the lassie who served me had cloth ears or didn't give a toss. Charged me £3.20 for the coffee. I waited stupidly like an idiot waiting for the bacon roll which never appeared. The girl who served me spent more time laughing and joking in the background than caring about the customer funnily enough there's a black board advertising for new staff. How Ironic
Grubby floor and tables, slow service and mediocre sandwich, mine had 16th of an inch cheese, white bread and supermarket own brand pickle. Expensive as well.
Great place to stop very friendly even place to put your bikes when u stop for coffee well recommend to anyone
I come into Madisons most days for a coffee, toastie and square sausage for my two westies. The westies always appreciate the water and a sit down after a walk.
The staff here are brilliant and so super friendly not to mention that they out of their way to help.

Purchased 4 hot dogs should have been cold dogs the rolls where dry and inedible. Wasn't impressed and expensive for what we had
Bacon rolls we got this morning were the worst bacon rolls I've ever tasted. Bacon looked as if it had been in the oven overnight. No way we could chew it.
My sister and I had baked potato each, both cold and over cooked could not eat and my granddaughter had a cheese sandwich to which all the cheese fell off as no spread on the bread . Won't be back .
