I needed my brakes replacing urgently and I was offered an appointment the next day. Garage kept me informed as I needed a new caliper as mine had siezed. They ordered and replaced 2 disc brakes, pads and one caliper, including labour for £296. Couldn't fault them as the car was collected next morning. (They were waiting on the caliper delivery so gave me a courtesy car to take home ). Excellent service!
Had a full brake change,discs pads and brake fluid.full service and MOT on my nissan quashqai.the car runs better than it did when I first bought it brand new.highly recommended

Excellent service! Needed an MOT for my daughter's car. Prompt appointment arranged and executed by polite and helpful staff. MOT completed in just over an hour. Efficient, local business. Will definitely use again in preference to the big national chains.
Went to the garage by seeing good reviews here ! But they are so irresponsible and careless that they lost my wheel lock key while changing my brake pads ....
After so many calls and emails also they didn't bothered to check their CCTV footage for the same, after knowing the fact that how precious the Wheel Lock Key can be !
I could have easily seek help legally but it was my choice to pickup the wrong garage, Try to be responsible to your customers property atleast, Don't play with it !!

Had a MOT and rear pads and front lower arms replaced which was all fine. They had a issue with a stubborn bolt which I would have thought would have been heated to get off but hey ho what do I know. Charged 3 hours labour to replace the arms and 1.5 hours to remove bolt. Cost for bolt removal £108.00, making a total of £324.00 labour for the pair of lower arms. Seems a tad excessive so will shop around next time. The 1.5 hours was for just the one bolt and im not sure what tools you would damage in getting a bolt off apart from one spanner, so unless you shop at poundland a decent spanner would do the job. Im more than happy to post the full message thread stating a bolt wouldnt come off and you needed extra time to get it off. No need to rip someone off, you are responsible for your own tools not me. A bolt doesnt take 1.5 hours to take off. I think you are dishonest with your timings and methods of getting extra cash from customers.
Very friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem, had a few jobs done here over the last 10 years
