Terrible my mum waited on tablets surgery said sent them. Chemist said no they didn’t. Phoned surgery again they said prescription at pharmacy went back to pharmacy they said they didn’t have it. Pharmacy phoned surgery then next thing tablets arrived. I know who I believe & it’s not the pharmacy. What a farce
Been a regular customer since the reign of pharmacist Alistar Meldrum, very friendly staff, wee carol is a gem.
Sadly, the latest pharmacist is a greenhorn,
and things dont run as smoothly as they used too. Be prepared for a ' long ston" should you use this pharmacy.
Staff are very helpful and don't judge people who are in for prescriptions,once the new bigger store opens it will be more suitable for staff.
Staff are really nice and helpful I've never waited any longer than 10mins for a prescription They also sell some items like make-up, toiletries stuff like that One of the best chemists I've been in I always use this chemist
All the staff are very helpful and friendly, they always ask you how are you.

Broken fax machine, so no prescription over the weekend. Very poor. I even called in the day before to say prescription on the way. No email either, stuck in 90s backwards pharmacy.
