Total joke this place get Graham and his staff back contacted head office in Glasgow what a joke nobody there except female called Janice wouldn't give me second name because I told her going to papers so wouldn't give second name she didn't want name in papers ???? laughable refused to give number to contact Martin Green the owner starting petition to get thus chemist removed from glenburn customer care 0 myself and my son have had to get out bed with covid to collect our emergency prescription nearly collapsed twice this is not on so once I'm better I'm starting petition to get this chemist m&d out of glenburn and get a new chemist the people of glenburn do not have to put up with this chemist and for a pharmacist to say go elsewhere is shocking says it all about this company ???????????????????????? and the people of glenburn deserve better
Can never find your completed prescription. Very disorganised. Some staff rude
Used to be good chemist but last few years has went right down hill. Always chasing your prescription trying to blame doctors surgery staff. If you don't want your time wasted constantly use another chemist because this place is a shambles.
Just to say thanks again to all at M&D for delivering my prescription so so promptly for all the wonderful caring team who deliver a truly professional and caring service I feel so privileged to have them in our area - anything or any queries you ask are met with positive responses and your given total confidence- thanks again ANNE MCCART
Great efficient service from Glenburn pharmacy twice they had to come to me because of an error at surgery. John being my hero today. Great customer service thanks guys xx
the staff are amzing concidering the covid out brake they have pulled togther and are a much needed resorce for our comunity I have nothing but good things to say about them and all the staff
Service slow ,some of the staff are really nice others not so much !
