The team here are genuinely some of the most nicest people I've come across.
They have sorted a massive issue out for me with my Polo GTI (65 plate). Diagnosed the issue, explained it to me really well, and completed the job very swiftly.
Fast forward on, I faced issues with my Hyundai Santa Fe, and when the issue couldn't be figured out elsewhere, this business came to my mind, and again, they absolutely smashed the entire process from receipt of car to returning it to me.
These guys are so respectful and pleasant, and actually really knowledgable and great at what they do.
They have definitely become my permanent garage. I highly recommend it!
Very professional, reliable and experienced team of mechanics. Did my timing chain on my Ibiza for a very competitive price compared to other garages while still maintaining quality of work as they are known to work on engines by themselves specially chains. Had full service and MOT, very pleased the lads did a great job, 213000 miles on the clock and my vans running great again. I can highly recommend.
The technician who carried out MOT test for my new car which has about 22500 mileage, told me your car has passed the test, paying him £40.
However, he failed MOT first time without my knowledge which I found out on a website and passed it second time at the same moment.
Furthermore, he said that the only passed result will show up on your report, though I found fail then passed on the certificate and the report.
After I had left their test centre, I returned to him again, saying to him,
Why MOT result is failed on my report then passed?
He said "the headlights are too high I had to adjust them and that is why the MOT test was failed first time"
He never told me about that at all.
I will never ever approach this technician again, even if he would provide a free service.
Note: I had a horrible service and feel they did a bad thing to my new car reputation. It doesn't mean the centre is bad or the staff working in it.
Excellent service every time I have visited the garage for any car issues, MOT or service. The work done is always of the highest quality and the guys explain everything very well. Highly recommended!
