Absolutely wonderful little sweet shop, full of lots of goodies and treats. The lady behind the counter was just incredible with our 4 year old who is autistic and wanted to just touch and grab everything! She was so patient and understanding and it made us feel so much more comfortable. Thank you so much for making us feel welcome! We wish you and the business all the success! Merry Christmas!
A great selection of sweets, but wow it's very expensive. A very small bag of pic n mix sweets is £3 as pictured by other reviewers. I love to support small businesses, but why some don't realise that if you drop you're prices to be more reasonable then more people will buy and you end up making more money amazes me. When you have children you want to be saying yes to them when walking around a sweet shop, not looking at how much you're being ripped off.
Visited here a few days ago whilst on our holiday. Me and my husband were overwhelmed by the good selection of sweets, including sweets from our childhood we had forgotten all about. I really liked that the sweets were all individually bagged as this felt really hygienic and made me feel more comfortable than traditional ‘help yourself pic n mix’. The two ladies and man behind they till were really happy and friendly. Will come back when we next visit :)
Grabbed some sweets for the journey out of Lyme Regis and the team welcomed us with the set up of the shop with large information on how the store worked. Very friendly and some sweets took me back years which I loved showing my wife who was here from America! Must visit!!
Went in there with my family on 17th November (last week) as my partner and I came to England from Australia to see our family and friends. We're all sweet tooth's so came into Lyme Rocks. From the moment we stepped foot in the door both the staff couldn't have made it one of the best customer experiences my family and I have ever encountered. They were hilarious, lovely, patient, helpful and all around warming and welcoming.
You made that day a very lovely memory we hold with us.

Lovely little sweet shop with ice cream counter. Good range of sweets, nor unfairly priced for the area, and the staff were very helpful. Small shop though, so gets very busy!
Very rude, cantankerous customer service. Man in 60s/70s lost his rag with me for mistakenly placing individual sweets in my bag. A sad, pathetic response from a grown adult. Prices also far too high. Cheerio
Eye Wateringly expensive. Kids given a bag on arrival. I wasn't keen on that as they are not paying. Also I said no to a bag of sweets, and staff member undermined me by pointing her to where the sweets she wanted were after hearing me say no. Not impressed. Also I was asked 'is that it'? When I went to pay for the 1 item that I felt I could afford in there. Not cool.
