I have known Carol Russell for a long time now and over the years I have ordered difrent cakes for my family and friends. My kids and I, love everything she does and specifically the Birthday cakes Carol made for my children. Every cake I ordered it's always fresh and yammy. Highly recommend all of Carol cakes.
Carol made us an absolutely beautiful buttercream chocolate cake with fabulous cupcakes for our friends birthday! It was so lovely and everyone really enjoyed it. I put an enquiry through the website on the off-chance that I could get a cake delivered to my friend the same day for their birthday. Straight away Carol called me and luckily had a spare afternoon, she went above and beyond to sort a cake and cycle to deliver it to my friend that same day.
