Visited today with my husband. Had a meal 1 course each special curry and boiled rice for my hubby. I had roast chicken and chips. We both had a drink my husband asked for a pint of cider her got a can of strong bow. I asked for a glass of wine house wine. Meal was £48 pounds. I kindly aske why my simple chicken and chips cost me £ 16.00 was immediately told in an abrupt shouty manner ITS NORTHBERWICK . This was totally ridiculous for a takeaway/dine in that we were the only 2 people in takeaway/dine in. Will defo not be back rip off and horrible owner when challenged
Lucky House offers standard Chinese takeout fare, but be prepared for a wait, especially during peak hours. The food was adequate, satisfying a craving but not leaving a lasting impression. If convenience is key and you're not looking for a culinary adventure, Lucky House could be a decent option. Just factor in the potential wait time.
Got chicken chow mein but too much vegetables and not to my taste,also got shredded chicken but couldn't taste any chicken, unfortunately not for me and wouldn't return
Terrible place. I had meat in my vegetarian egg fried rice. Surprised we didn't get food poisoning. Staff were rude.
Food is good and fresh, can be busy at times, but I have never waited longer than 20 mins for my takeaway.
Worst chinese food I've ever had, I paid a fortune for it, too. They need to be shut down. Trade and standards need to come in and investigate..
1 Star is too kind. Visited on a Sunday evening, politely ordered and was then finger snapped by the owner a couple of feet to where the till was like I was a pet dog.
Rude & lousy service. Newsflash for the owner : Being polite or just civil costs nothing.

Wouldn’t go to this place again & wouldn’t encourage others to visit either.
Cheerful service. Mongolian lamb more like Szechuan, spicy and cumin without a hint of hoisin sauce- Roast duck with vegetables was excellent and the special fried rice was Scottish style with gravy! Spring rolls were tasteless, mostly cabbage.
