Ordered a few times from here only last night our food arrived undercooked/ raw, we only noticed after ealready eating a few bites of the chicken. Safe to say I spent the evening unwell.
We rang up to complain and they offered us a voucher for 1 meal next time we order as the salt and pepper chicken wouldn't of ruined our entire meals (well not only did it put us off our meals we share the chicken between us as a side so we all had some) (we won't be ordering again).
After we took the uncooked chicken back to them to show them they blackmailed us saying they would only give us a full refund if we handed the uncooked bits of food back to them. (Probably so we have no proof to report them), we'll we knew they would do this so we've kept some of the chicken and have pictures and we will be filing a report with the food standards agency today. And I'll never be ordering from here again.
Best I've had!! Arrived within 15 mins, hot, fresh and sooo delicious!!! Nice staff on phone also can not fault! Even the pop was really cold how you want it!!! X
We ordered an order of three meals. Unfortunately we didn't get the pork cha shu fried rice that we ordered...instead we got a special chow main that we didn't order. The salt and pepper box was very expensive for what you got. Unfortunately, the girl on the till had an infectious sounding deep chest cough. She shouldn't be working when I'll in a food establishment. I'm afraid I wouldn't come here again. very disappointing.

Ordered the 25a ,salt and pepper box last night ,was nice but half the order missing, minus mini spring rolls ,spare ribs ,bbq sauce .baffled
