well what can i say had my car in lt have my car done they said it was the master cylinder and they done it cost £250 had it back couple hours later cluch pedal went again so they had the car back looked at it and they said it was something else, so that cost me another £100 and then the cluch went again, so i took it to Nathaniel Cars and boom they found out what it was, it was the slave cylinder cost me £331 and it was done, so lt never bothered to look at it they just guessed it and it cost me 350 with lt witch i been ripped off and they wanted it in cash, never ever use lt again, have got the paper work they gave me so have got proof!!!!!!!! didn't wanted to give 1 star!!! photo i have from Nathaniel Cars garage
Second year I've used this garage for my M.O.T. I have to praise the staff they are all friendly and hardworking. Nothing is too much trouble. Extremely reliable and sorted any work that needed doing swiftly.
Have to say a massive thank you to James, working endlessly to get my car back on the road.
Highly recommend this garage to everyone. Will definitely use again.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! Even one star is not acceptable! Disgusting service I have had! I went to this company to have an MOT and work done on the car. On the day of the MOT, there was another car in front of my booking. Then they told me they would ring me. After three days there was no reply. So after ringing them I get told that work needs to be done on the car and they wont touch it because they want easy work. Having gone down this evening to collect my car there I find they drained my battery! Left my car unlocked in an open car park! And they have snapped my bonnet catch!!! Discussing service! Cowards! This matter will be taken further also if nothing is done trading standards will be involved. All photos have been taken before and after!
If I could give 0 stars I would! Avoid this place. Absolutely awful customer service! Took my car in for a service and new tyres. Was then charged for them to fix damage they caused to my car. When picking up my car and simply asking why I was being charged for the damage they became rude, started shouting at me and using vile language towards me! When I eventually couldn’t speak to them anymore and said I’ll pay the bill they then walked off and refused to give me my car back! Once I finally got my key and went to pay the bill they tried scamming me and overcharging me even more. Lucky I worked out the price before hand otherwise I wouldn’t have realised. Then once I got back in my car to check my service book they didn’t even write that they had done the service! Such an awful experience being a young woman! They have now gone on to privately search and slate a business that is nothing to do with this just because they’ve been called out on their awful service towards myself! Avoid avoid avoid !!!!
Called here for a replacement damaged tyre no waiting around tyre change was quick and efficient. One of my caps covering the wheel stud went awol, not only did they take my number they rang me to say they had found it. Very impressed.all in all good service.

Best advice I can give is to stay away from here!!
Non existent customer service and when questioned about the sudden change in price having already been quoted a figure on the phone they get confrontational and aggressive in front of children.
With a strong smell of cannabis coming from the staff .
Been there few times already. Latest trip was for MOT. Very competitive prices, I was bit dubious, expected some issues so they could "make up" for low MOT price but nothing like that (my car is 7yrs old). It's good to ring them first and book appointment. Polite staff. Only drawback they had telly tuned to Jeremy Kyle while I was waiting for my car but hey! I had my phone with me so it wasn't all that bad..
