Have used these guys twice now and I would not go anywhere else! The customer service is absolutely fantastic. Each time they have diagnosed the problems with my car very accurately and efficiently. Reasonable prices and they are happy to help with any queries you have.
Absolutely fantastic garage, they collected my Jeep from my home due to not currently having mot etc, the jobs that needed doing was done quickly efficiently and professionally the guys on the phone were polite, knowledgeable and friendly I would 110% recommend this garage and they would always be first point of call with any work that I needed doing on any of my vehicles, all round great experience 5????????????????????
called this morning to get a quote for my air-con to be fixed, spoke to a lovely lady on the phone, said i could come in whenever, went in around half an hour later, she remembered my name which is a massive thing for me, it really shows good customer service, i was in and out within 20 minutes and the price was the best i was quoted all week after trying multiple garages. All staff were so welcoming and polite towards me and my little girl and it was an overall great experience, i will 100% be coming here in the future. Thanks guys! xx
Brilliant service, was down from London and had issues with my car, the team here were polite and took the time to explain what could be done to fix my car, very reasonable and effort was taken to make me feel comfortable with all aspects of the repair, will use again!
I booked my car in for an M.O.T and service. I’m a single working mum and getting an appointment that fits in with my schedule is hard. They booked me in for the following day, and when I dropped off the car they got someone to drive me home and pick me up later. When I collected the car it had been valeted inside and out and I paid what I’d been quoted, no hidden extras. I really was so impressed, they’re the garage I’ll use from now on.

Very polite and Professional. Our BMW X5 was a non runner and went to two different garages who couldn’t diagnose the issue correctly and fix the car.
Had the X5 recovered to Loyal automotive as it was recommended by a friend. They managed to identify the issue precisely and saved me £1000s.
