Been looking for a GOOD Chinese place for a long time. Unfortunately this one doesn’t deliver to where I live, is not on any food-delivery apps, and it’s cash only. But other than that, I absolutely loved it.
All the UberEats, Deliveroo, Just Eat Chinese takeaways just don’t do it right. But this was so good. TOO good.
Great take out food. Very good quality and served piping hot so it's still hot when you get home. Discounted food available in the week too.
Don't be misled by its humble dwellings .
Lovely people cooking lovely food! Prices are very reasonable too .
Only downside is that they STILL won't accept card payment ,and having to track down a nearby cashpoint isn't that easy

I have used them for years and have never been let down. The price and portion sizes are fantastic and really cannot be beaten.
I thought I would leave a review after many orders with them. I tend to get the same stuff when ordering from Lotus, but I have been slowing expanding my selections. I was recommended today by a fellow Chinese takeaway connoisseur to try the Char Siu Pork Chow Mein, I am so glad I did.
They previously rated their Char Siu Chow Mein a 10 out of 10. I can say I fully agree with this. A really nice meal and for only £4.90 it was amazing.
It just is really nice and tasty and I quivered in delight soon as I opened the foil container and put it on my plate and smelled the aromas of pork goodness and couldn’t wait to tuck in to my lunch. It really is a sensory experience that only you can experience for yourself. Pure perfection, cooked with care from start to finish. The only regret I have is that I didn’t order a large size, as I was licking the plate after I finished, as I couldn’t get enough of the juicy porky goodness.
I didn’t even know what Char Siu was until now and after this experience I will recommend it to everyone.
I felt pure oriental nourishment from this cheeky lunchtime meal. A delight to the senses and I will be getting this again.

Lotus kitchen was recommended to me when I moved to Langley and it really doesn't disappoint. There is a vast menu of Chinese and peking dishes, all of which are really good value for money and I've thoroughly enjoyed every meal I've purchased. In fact I often get one to take to my mum's for us both as she loves their sweet and sour King prawn set meal. The staff will answer all questions and with set meals are happy for you to request an alternative within reason
Tried it since the place near me closed down, The chicken curry is amazing, only thing I'd add is some mushrooms, the chicken chow mein is recommended by my mom.
It's a small shop but not too busy and the woman at the front desk is really friendly so makes for overall a really great atmosphere.
The prices are very reasonable and it's definitely a place I will come back to again to try some more of the different foods on the menu.
P.S. the large order came packed in a box rather than bags which was great and more convenient for sure.
