Great wee independent garage. They did my motorbike MOT in 30 mins, and let me sit in the staff room out of the rain while I waited. (They also test and fix cars). The tester showed me the advisories, so easy to get them sorted for next time.

Took my car for a full service and when I returned to pick my car up they informed me that they did not do a full service. I had a full service the year before from them. I had not done many miles on my car since the previous service so there was no need getting another full service. I wonder how many other garages would mention this to you I doubt not many. So I take my hat of to Lothian motors for a great service and honesty. And for putting their customers first. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
It’s rare to find a mechanics where everyone I spoke to has nothing but a good word for. I managed to get my MOT booked with them at fairly short notice. When I took the car down they were quick, friendly, and efficient. The place was mobbed and obviously very busy, but they were still courteous and polite, and took time with me. Very pleased with the service, and I’ll definitely be back in the future.
Popped in here to ask them to check tyre pressure as warning came on before I was making a lengthy journey. The garage was really busy but they did fit it in to check for me. Mechanic was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. He took the time to even reset the warning message. Highly recommend this business.
Had a problem when my rear brake cylinder burst and left us with no brakes.
Had a horrendous experience with the A A. Trying to get the car moved to a garage.
Mark came to our rescue and collected the car and carried out repairs to it.
