A cold welcome in the bar area, ended up moving into the lounge, there was no atmosphere, it was freezing, it was like something from an 80s sitcom where you walk in and everyone turns their heads and tumbleweed rolls past. The Guinness was good though...
Great old pub with lovely fires to keep you snug over a beer
Nice pub,small butbthisaddd to charm.loved original features. Prices were best in Ayrshire
Only thing is the beer garden could do with some work.
Traditional Scottish boozer. No frills. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very much a drinkers pub, prices about the average, no complaints from me.
A good few years back at the Lonsdale in with my wife and Son really enjoyed ourselves we were at the Concert hall watching my Granddaughter at the Concert hall .
