It's a good chippy but be careful what you get as i got a spring roll and ended up being sick, i only eaten 1/4 of the spring roll. The food is good there but didn't like the spicy spring roll that made me sick. Both of the curry sauce they do are soo good. I thought it be hot and spicy but it wasn't.
Went here last Summer for chips and curry and the chips were dry, overcooked and partly burnt and the curry sauce was a dark brown gravy-like colour (not the usual yellowy colour like the usual Chinese curry) and was way too thick, almost a paste-like consistency like it needed more water adding to it so it was too strong and salty and had me feeling so thirsty, I nearly chewed the tap off my bathroom sink when I got home.
Surprised at the many positive reviews on here so would like to think I had simply come on a bad day as this chippy has been here what seems like forever.
Best Chinese chippy in Warrington by far. Owners are really nice.
This is by far the best fish and chips in town, the Chinese meals are excellent, the owners and staff are friendly, the service great, highly recommended
Been going there for years, always the same high quality haddock and chips. Staff always friendly. Despite having closer chippies, its worth the 6 mile round trip.
Not a fish and chip aficionado however this place does the best chips in the area. Will try their Chinese food next. Steak and kidney pudding very good.
