Decent pizza - they forgot to add topping I paid for hence three star.

Ordered food more than 1hr 30mins still no, called and asked the how long it’s take, it’s really not good way to explain.. too bad, and the food no taste at all!! Never had this experience before!!
would give less than one star if possible, one hell of a mess! would never order again! pizza arrived 2 hours too late, and the order was not right at all! they sent us one regular salami pizza even tho we ordered two vegan ones (allergies non existent for this place?!?!). we tried to call them, didn’t pick up for am hour straight, and when they did they hung up on us. wanted to get a refund today and the guy told us it ain’t his place to do anything because we have to talk to the night shift?!? also their named differently on deliveroo with different menus, SCAM!!
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered through deliveroo. The delivery never turned up. Deliveroo said they couldn’t get hold of the restaurant and couldn’t refund because the restaurant was in charge of their own delivery. The company have said they tried to contact me, they didn’t. So I’ve not received the order and I’ve been scammed out of £25. There seems to be no way of complaining to deliveroo to have them removed.
NEVER order with Uber from this place. I placed an order, an hour passed, nothing - requested an update from the restaurant multiple times and nothing. I had to call them up myself upon which I was told "We couldn't find your address and couldn't contact your phone" even though it was next to me the entire time. Additionally, I was refused a refund of £20 for my order because "the restaurant had already started preparing the food". They could not re-deliver either because it was "too far away" to deliver - honestly, I think they never attempted delivery in the first place.
Absolute garbage service, don't ever bother with this place.
Delivery was 40 minutes late. The drink I paid for wasn’t given, neither was the extra topping. The pizza was pretty much of the same quality you’d expect to buy very cheaply in a supermarket - although with much added grease. Definitely wont be ordering again.
If I could give 0 I would. My recommendation is DO NOT order from this place. 1. We ordered a large pizza and got a medium and an hour later than ordered so it was late and cold. 2. I tried to ring them up to ask about it they were rude and hang up and blocked my number. So yeah, I definitely am not impressed with this service.
Absolutely awful, please avoid- don’t believe them about how long the order will take.
I ordered from here and was told that the pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. After 30 minutes I rang up and the guy on the phone told that the pizza hadn’t started to be prepared yet. Then 20 minutes later they cancelled the order for me and when I rang up again to ask them to reorder they said it would take another 50 minutes.
I never write reviews normally but was shocked at how rude they were with me.
