Highlight of my day this shop! Friendly well stocked. Always clean tidy and they go above and beyond to order in your favourites!! Staff kind and helpful.
Great shop, they stock lots of goods and the team is always super helpful and friendly. I also have online deliveries sent here and it’s always a safe efficient service .
I noted on arrival that someone left the shop without a mask. As I put mine on and looked in the shop, I noticed that neither the next person at the till nor THE PERSON SERVING were wearing masks. I waited outside until the customer without the mask left, then entered. Whilst dealing with the unmasked shop assistant at a safe distance, three teenagers entered, two of whom were unmasked. What the hell is going on? In England, we’re supposed to be wearing masks indoors compulsorily. So, why is it not happening?
Neither staff members wear masks when walking around the shop. They also let anyone in with no social distancing or masks. Had to return a parcel and the guy needed to scan a barcode on my phone. When my screen went black he tapped it back on himself. Seriously?!
If you don't care, fine, but if you're vulnerable or unvaccinated, going to the Co-Op instead.
Parcel return with no packaging. Less bulk, more in one load. Great service, done in 2 mins.
Absolutely disgraceful be Avia of the gentleman who works in London has deliberately trying to overcharge me for items just a warning be careful dodgy character
