This business has been open for a short while now . While at the beginning they was indeed teething problem's which caused issues they has been a vast improvement in the time they have been open .
People skills among staff members is a high standard and they know how to engage with each individual's needs .a number of orders that have gone wrong is the doctors fault who put through the orders not the chemist so something for admin to look at within the nhs admin doctors hospitals etc . Any orders I've picked up myself for oaps in the last few weeks they have been no issues. So the chemist have improved vastly and are doing a good job.
Since Lo's took over dispensing our tables we don't have to wait long at all to pick them up the staff are brilliant. Very friendly and very helpful.
Busy so long wait. Scripts are rarely ready when going in to collect even several says after indicated ready date... This used to be a very good pharmacy with stuff always ready and rarely any queueing but since a change of pharmacist a few years back has gone down hill significantly :(
If I could give no stars I would. Almost every time I have come to pick up my prescription they are closed before their hours stated online and on the door. Today I even rang to check their opening hours to make sure I could get there in time after work and was told they would be open until 6.15pm. Low and behold at 5.20pm, I turn up to get my medication and the place is closed. It is a disgrace and needs to be addressed. People who work full time should not have to leave work early to pick up a prescription from a pharmacy that should follow their opening hours.
They used to be good with giving things on time.
However, the last time in Oct 2022 I've called the Upperthorpe GP on Friday to get a prescription for my relative medication.
I've been told to pick it up from the pharmacy on Monday. it was really hard to be 3 days without taking the medication as they are closed on Sat & Sun.
on Monday the pharmacy said we haven't got it anything. turned to the GP & they said the pharmacy new management system is not moving smoothly yet. as a result my relative went to the hospital because even the paracode wasnt released by the pharmacy to be able to collect the medication from a different pharmacy.
Got to be the best pharmacy in Sheffield. Staff are brilliant at their job nothing is too much trouble . Have all my prescriptions sent there even though there is a chemist next to my gps surgery. Thank you to everyone who work there .
Thank you to the pharmacist who gave us our flu jabs yesterday. He was very helpful took time to explain things and was lovely.
I have a prescription once a month. I know all the staff and have never had any problems in nearly 20 years. I can't praise them enough.
