After being unable to source my prescription from my usual pharmacy for weeks, I gave the team at Spring Gardens a call. They went above and beyond and I was actually able to collect my prescription the same day. Rather than say they were unable to source it, they said that they could get it but in a different pack size, and all it took was a new prescription to be issued by my doctor. The team even ordered it for me in good faith so that I could collect it later that day. I am exceptionally grateful and highly recommend this pharmacy. Thank you again!
My mum (79 years old) supposed to have medication delivered rang 9 days before she ran out of tablets, rang when she had run out of tablets to be told if she doesn't come down by Saturday to COLLECT she won't get them delivered until Tuesday. Absolutely shocking
For my last two prescriptions they did not have product in stock and couldn’t get any.They said they could not get hold of any. The least they could do is phone and let you know. The one item was very important. Went to another pharmacy and got both without any trouble. I’ve now changed to another chemist

If I could give here and the spring gardens surgery a minus rating I would. Horrendous service. Don't care in the slightest about patients. Left me multiple times without medication because they kept cancelling my order because I "ordered it too early" despite me counting out my medication and marking on the calender when to order to get it all correct. I am constantly having to order urgent prescriptions and everytime I pick things up something is missing. Hate this place. It's a disgusting thing to think they leave people with serious medical conditions that need to be controlled with medication with nothing. I wish they had to go through what I have to go through evry time I try and get meds.

The whole place is a shambles. They ask you wait 24 hours to collect the prescription, even when you do it’s not ready. Be prepared to wait over 30 minutes. Women in front of me was given wrong prescription 3 times in a row. It seems intentional it’s that bad
this used to be a good pharmacy I always went to. now it's one big mess and not very friendly service. son had his antibiotic for 4.5 days instead of 5. It is also impossible to call them.
