staff extremely unhelpful, often long waiting times, medication often out of stock and not offered option to pick up prescription elsewhere.
I was given 3 new medications with no check on whether I’ve used them before, no instructions on how to take together. it was only when I complained on the stop today that I spoke to the pharmacist directly for the first time today, baring in mind I’ve been going to this pharmacy for almost two years.
glad I’ve finally taken the time to change my nominated pharmacy. avoid.
Friendliest and most professional of all the local pharmacies, head above others. I pick up all my repeat prescriptions here. Always greeted with a smile, service is fast and efficient. Recommended!
Generally good service and the team are great. Although the older lady with glasses has awful customer service skills. I have called five times to find if my prescription is ready and she says 'no nothing here' call the doctors - he sent it through so it should ve there yet she still says no. If you ask her to refresh it she shouts over you and refuses point blank. Better off going there as she is always the same. Ive heard she does it to loads of people. Nasty
This is the second time I have to wait almost 30 minutes to collect my medication. My medication is ready and there is no pharmacist at the pharmacy present and the rest of the staff s are not allow to handover my medication.This is the second time. Not only me, there are other people waiting for their medication as well. Your pharmacy has no respect for our time. I will be changing the pharmacy and I would not recommend your pharmacy to anyone.
Avoid! Used to be such a great chemist but for the past few months its totally gone down hill unfortunately. Rude counter staff who don't say thank you and don't even know or understand the products you're asking for, just standing chatting together in their own language, so rude. Also they never have any prescriptions in, they always have to order them in, and then they forget or log it in wrong saying someone's picked it up when they haven't! That accusation has happened twice now. Have been with them for years but I will be taking my business elsewhere now. NOT RECOMMEND.
Very friendly staff. They collect our prescriptions and all ready to collect. The telephone is answered promptly.

Main pharmacist is so rude. No customer service skills. Shouted at the patient and even lied that she requested the prescription from the GP and she isn't that helpful. Upon going to GP, pharmacist didnt actually request any for a matter of days already. Totally disappointed!
