Tried for first time. Chicken tasty but sweet and sour sauce watery and no pieces of fruit and veg in it.
Was ok but nothing to write home about A bit tasteless no flavour in anything. Spring rolls were dry. Peking chicken was just a bog standard breaded chicken breast in a sauce meaning it just went soggy in the sauce. Won’t order again.
Excellent food and friendly staff always greet u with a smile highly recommend as they deliver as well
Told to come in 40min to collect then sat waiting a further 30min. I'd rather they where just honest in their timings. Foods good but timings recently have gotten past a joke.
We are (was) regular customers until tonight, made our order and waited nearly 2 hours only to find out she accidently had us for collection not delivery which wasn't a huge problem as we were told it would still be warm when it comes although not once did we get an apology. After another 20 mins we received our order to find 2 fried rice were missing and the chips were soggy and cold so I rang them to see about getting them sent out. The girl on the phone 'couldn't find the ticket order' and started to raise her voice arguing with me refusing to send them out or refund me as it was 'my mistake and couldn't prove I ordered them even tho the price I paid matched the total of the full order I should of recieved, I asked to speak to the manager and was told no to which I asked why and received no answer except more arguments blaming me for not ordering them. My partner had to go to the shop and speak to the owner herself and bring the food back to receive a refund...when she walked out the lady on the phone called my partner a cow.
The owner is a nice person and this place has been great for the last year or so that we have been using it but after tonight they have lost a customer because of bad customer service by one of their staff members which couldn't own up to a mistake.

All well packaged and very hot even after a 10 minute drive.
