The place is a disgrace, how it's allowed to be open is beyond belief. I went in to order some food and the number of food hygiene violations was astounding. Food stored on the dirty floor, waiting to be cooked. Food handlers going outside to smoke, coming back in and preparing/ serving food without any handwashing. The smell of dirty, old fat lingering in the air. I left without purchasing food. What is concerning is the number of people ordering over the phone without being able to see how their food is prepared.
The food is honestly mediocre, I got a 10" pizza and ordered stuffed crust, I was charged an extra £2 for stuffed crust yet my pizza did not have stuffed crust.
I also ordered 5 piece chicken strips which were the best part of the meal. They were cooked really well.
I did order close to closing so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. The food was quite greasy but apart from that it's overall good for a late night takeaway. It is quite hot in there too so I'd recommend placing an order and collecting.
The garlic bread is the best, if you want to go there, you need to buy it!
Foods can be good if you get it!! Hours late on more than one occasion. They promised us a meal FOC after waiting over 2 hours to receive uncooked pizza and congealed cheesy chips, hence giving them another go. We didn't get a free meal! Got about £20 off. The order they messed up was over £60, which no one ate! Couldn't be taken back as it took so long they were closed. Took back next day for them to argue raw dough is fine?!! = free meal - not. We use the pizza place the other side of the market place, much much better!
Not even worth the one star. Took 2 hours and 30 minutes to receive the wrong order. Absolutely appalling service. Rude and was just a diabolical experience.
Food was ordered and stated up to 90 mins but after 2 hours still no delivery. Took 3 phone calls and after multiple excuses later the food arrived after 3 and 1/2 hours. When arrived items were missing.
On the first phone call we were informed it was just been put in the oven, an hour later still nothing arrived. Second phone call we were informed the food was ready but awaiting the driver which there was meant to be 2 delivering that night. After a further 30 mins still no show so further phone call made to be informed driver should be there immediately.
When the food finally arrived it was hot like just cooked so all lies by the company.
Ordered at 7 and food arrived at 10:30. Avoid at all costs if you want food at a reasonable time.
Well, what can I say here. Out of town trucker. Passing by and had one shocker of a day. Phoned this place because I was starving and just didn't want to fend for myself. The lady on the phone was perfect. I'm a fussy old man when it comes to pizza and she took the order like a saint. The food was excellent and complete value for money and finally the delivery. Another superstar young lady, the weather was rubbish, my mood was down and along come this smiling lovely young lady who brightened up the evening. Great service all round. Thanks.
I was expecting something amazing and I'm sorry was not good at all. My son absolutely loves pizza and he could not even eat it. I was most disappointed, maybe caught them on a off day, but sadly won't be trying again to see.
