I had the worst experience I have ever had at this Doctors office yesterday. I understand GPS are overworked and stressed, and that was very obvious by Dr Robertas rude and callous attitude. Being told we only had 4 minutes for an examination when we had only just arrived was disgusting. I am shocked and appalled.
I moved to another area a while ago, so my review is a little overdue, but I just wanted to say that Dr. Maleki was such a lovely doctor, very caring and friendly. Also the reception staff were also very efficient. My new practice is nowhere near as good. Thank you for your care. Regards Olwen Cheetham
The only practice that was enrolling patients when we moved to the area but we are very happy with our doctor and the reception staff. Everything is easy and comforting. Wish they were open weekends but doctors need weekends too I guess.
Made a call and the receptionist interrupted me and closed me down right away, very rude, i would not recommend this practice, as a cancer sufferer for the last 5 years this would be the most rude and abrupt person i have spoken to in the medical profession in my life
I would like to thank the Lister court medical centre for their service and care.I much appreciated being part of the trial $19 fee to see my GP.It makes a huge difference-I don't have a job and so feel my husbands income is to support the family and when I run off to the Dr I am taking it from their mouths(groceries)so to speak.I also commend Dr Phil Morris for his great care,I feel listened to and helped.Thanks and sorry to reception staff for messing up the script request system-I didn't know I was going to have another issue and be coming to see the Dr.
Worst place to go. The GPs and staff are useless, they muck around. The place is unclean and old. I've.heard and know people who are unhappy with Lister courts. I know that they refer people far to late. The mental health is not available and they have been misdiagnosised on patients for cancer. I hope Lister courts can change because I'm out.
Dr.Maleki is AMAZING! Such a caring doctor. I have lived in multiple towns/cities and I have never come across such a genuine doctor. Thank you!
Went in for my 3monthly check up enjoy going to see the doctor and the staff are always hospital and polite.
