Wonderful. Can you believe I'm writing wonderful about visiting a dentist! Well I am. Been for my check up, extremely friendly, gentle and reassuring. Happy dentist which helps too and friendly receptionist and also dental nurse. Very helpful advice too. See you in 6 months x
I’m a nervous patient and have not been to the dentist in 4 years. Had been anxious about the appointment but Adam Hussain handled my checkup perfectly and gave me plenty of help
Since covid everytime I've wanted to book for a checkup I'm always told they've been put on hold and to phone back a few months later. It's no wonder so many people are having problems with their teeth. Since Craig left this dentist has gone downhill fast and I've been going there since I was a child. If it wasn't so hard to find another I would move.
I have been having an issue with my teeth for a few months which dentists in another practice could not resolve . It took this dentist 5 minutes to diagnose! She was very friendly , skilful and professional . The receptionist and other staff were also friendly , helpful and professional .I would certainly recommend Lingwell Croft! ????????
Really good reception & admin staff. Advance nurse practitioners is fully up to date and professional. The majority of the doctors are really good apart from One female who is not interested same with just one of the nursing team. She missed a major illness she dismissed the symptoms as nothing only for me to end up in intensive care. However I wont let these two influence my rating of the surgery
All of a sudden no longer do My options. Did not notify patients of this. Useless, not helpful at all. The same as every other shocking dentist in these recent years. Don't care if you're in extreme pain, just ring around other dentist to be told the same, oh yh thanks for that great help.
The practitioner's and staff are caring and helpful and efficient. Thank you. Yesterday, the surgery rang to advise me of a change in medication and the new tablets were delivered by the chemist 15 minutes later. That is what I call service. Well done Lingwell Croft Surgery and Kamson's Chemist. Thank you.
My family have had 4 generations use the practice with no probelms at all. Craig is friendly and does a great job while Cheryl is by far the best receptionist I've ever dealt with. Friendly, kind and her memory is second to none. She's credit to the practice.
