The service was great, on time, and very reasonably priced! The meal was delicious and there were a lot of options for food. I would recommend this takeaway for anybody that likes Chinese.
I've ordered from lings kitchen a lot over the years and they are usually my go to Chinese. Tonight's order was really disappointing. Ordered crispy chilli beef, pork chowmein Cantonese style, salt and pepper chicken, rice, chips curry sauce. Crispy chill beef was the only thing edible. The chow mein was really poor, the pork looked like I would be poorly for a week if eaten. Rice was oily and left horrible after taste in mouth, chips cold and tasted reheated, salt and pepper chicken was cold depressing and again precooked and reheated. Curry sauce lumpy. I took the pork chowmein back to show them the poor quality of the food and i was provided with an apology and £9.00 refund although my meal cost £25.00( the man started to become irate so i accepted the reduced refund ). Really unhappy and feel like I've wasted my money. I won't be returning and will seek out a new Chinese which is a real shame.
We almost cancelled our order due to the wait this evening having not tried this takeaway before however I would happily wait again. Delicious, hot food, the best we have tasted in the area!
First time ordering Singapore noodles and salt and pepper chicken. Was really tasty and great value for money. Will now be our regular for Chinese food.

First time visiting and had high hopes but was spoilt by lack of description on the menu.

Fresh chips not refried
Good quality meat
Bad:
Beef in black bean absolutely full of mushroom
Chips lacking flavour
Chicken Kung po came in batter
Not much duck in the spring rolls
Could possibly have given 4 stars if the menu had mentioned the mushroom in the black bean and that the chicken would be battered as I could have asked for ithem without. Didn't think as never had them served like that before and really hate both. Can see why other people like it but for personal preference I prefer my old Chinese more.
