Fantastic customer service from Nigel!! Went in to get a quote to remove scratches from my car before selling. He gave me some fabulous advice that it likely wouldn't be worth the cost for what I'll get paid for the car. He removed some of the superficial marks for me using his own kit free of charge. No doubt I'll need his expert services again at some point (!) I would highly recommend Lindop Smart Body Repair! :) Very honest and helpful!
Exceptional service from start to finish by Nigel and his team. First assessing damage, explaining the repair process and associated quote, and then working around my busy work schedule to look at suitable dates for the repair.
The repair and colour match for an awkward colour (yellow/gold) is fantastic , you would never know there was any damage. Could not recommend more highly.

Unfortunately I incurred a cracked Windscreen a few weeks ago. Inconvenient I thought, but the insurance will cover it. Took the car into Lindops. Nigel, (he's the man who can) guided us thro' the minefield of car insurers "double speak" in relation to replacement windscreen cover.
You see, insurance cover for windscreens is very simple, a small £75 excess, and hey presto, off you trot to their "approved" windscreen replacement specialists.
However, when you want your trusted dealer, in this case Lindop Toyota to do the work, insurers get stroppy. Sufficient to say Nigel and Lindops sorted it out with all the requisite Toyota replacements and required recalibration etc.
We were going away on holiday for 2 weeks. So when they got the approval to go ahead from the insurers, Lindops picked up the car from our driveway.
I picked up the car yesterday, all pristine and perfect.

I recently had some work done here and was very impressed by the overall professional service that I received from start to finish. Nigel is very polite, friendly and informative, he advised me on a number of options that were available to me and there was no hard sell. Had to fix a crack in my car bumper and got recommendations about Nigel through Toyota Yaris Owners Facebook group.
Nigel is brilliant, polite and straightforward, the work done was of great quality and the price quoted was two third less than what the dealer and other body repair shops quoted.
I had to stay in a hotel as the shop was around 3 hours drive. Nigel dropped me back to the hotel the first day and made sure the work was completed on time for the next day.
