I have always found the staff to be helpful and pleasant.
I would like to thank the pharmacist at Lime Pharmacy, he went above and beyond for me on Saturday 1st July.
I needed an emergency prescription of Insulin,and the pharmacist wS extremely helpful. Courteous and kind.
So huge thank you to him.
Very helpful counter staff, prompt service. I had to change pharmacy as Tesco never had my or my daughters prescription ready causing my bedridden daughter to wait 2-3 days for her morphine in spite of this being a regular fortnightly prescription. Each time I was worried, not sure if we would get her morphine. Lime staff are cheerful, helpful and quick. They often see me enter and have the medication ready for me as I get to the counter. So much better than Tesco. (They also run a delivery service which Tesco don’t.) Now Sainsbury’s has shut their pharmacy in the town too so I’m glad I chose lime. Excellent service thank you.
Lacking effective service, vital attention to detail, customer service skills and care. Many times I have had issues with mine and my partners repeat prescriptions not being requested, so when you go back for the repeat prescription, it’s just not there and you have to wait for it to be delivered. Today, my partner tried to pick up both my prescriptions, he was only given one of mine and when he asked if there should be more than one, the pharmacist said no. I then called the pharmacist after speaking to my partner and apparently the reason the second prescription wasn’t noticed was because it was requested on a different date. So basically the pharmacist just gave my partner the most recent prescription and despite my partner prompting him - he didn’t go back to check to see if there was another one so now I have to share my partners prescription until I can go and pick it up as thankfully we’re on the same stuff. Sharing the prescription is not a rarity for us at this point as there are near constant problems. My partner also asked if the prescriptions could be repeated and the pharmacist looked at the receipt and said no, they couldn’t do that - despite the receptionist at the doctors telling me my medications were still on repeat on their end. I don’t feel like the pharmacist actually cares about patients or the importance of the job they do and it’s really upsetting to know that I can’t get the medication I need on time because the pharmacist just simply doesn’t care enough to check what prescriptions are ready for collection at the time of collection or what prescriptions should be requested as repeat. I’ve also been told several times in the past that I’ll get a call when a prescription is ready for collection and since starting this specific medication, I’ve not once had a phone call of notification. The consistent lack of care and sincerity has often left both of us physically and emotionally upset and I will be moving to another pharmacy as soon as possible. In short - I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone with a repeat prescription.

Staff are rude, patronising and they really don't care about customers. The phone is never answered if you call up and you never get a friendly welcome.
I shall be changing over to a different pharmacy.

The girls are excellent but the pharmacy is a joke. Prescription never ready whenever you go, wrong items given, finally gave up and moved pharmacy. Always full of other disappointed people.
I have phoned them eight times in the last two days for my repeat prescription and no one has bothered to pick up the phone. Every time we go down there to pick up my repeat prescription which I have had now for the last five years there's always a problem with it. I'm absolutely fed up with them.
