Appalling customer service. A year ago I was accused of theft after having been a loyal customer for years and always have my private prescriptions sent there. Yesterday I was treated like a junkie because I asked for nytol as requested by my GP. The pharmacist overheard me asking for nytol and popped up from behind the dispensary claiming I have purchased nytol several times before. This was my first time purchasing nytol. Needless to say, I will no longer be a customer nor recommend this pharmacy. Avoid.
Great pharmacy. Convenient range of competitively priced household products alongside medicines. I needed a digital forehead thermometer and they had exactly what I needed for a great price.
A bit of a grotty pharmacy but I as went to have my Covid booster, the young man who gave me the jab was very competent and gave me all the information required. I got there a bit early and he saw me straight away.

This practice and everyone that works here is a ray of sunshine and proactivity. Whether I go in to buy health supplements, or collect prescriptions, they always take the time to ask/answer questions and give helpful information.
Sometimes when it’s especially busy they still take the time to go the extra mile and I really appreciate everything they have done for me since using their services.
I am writing on behalf of my partner who received her booster vaccine this morning. I had to listen to her crying on the phone after the vaccine as the “injector” (who by the way was wearing his own clothes and didn’t change his gloves) kept calling her “pretty girl” and stroked her arm, whilst asking unprofessional questions about her personal life. No alcohol wipe was used on the site of injection and everything around seemed dirty. Felt like you were getting a vaccine at a dodgy off-licence. So I’d like to give a big thank you to that middle-aged Asian man who has now scared my partner. Please avoid at all costs and I’ll be reporting this to the NHS complaints line
The pharmacy kind of does the job but it’s very unclean inside. They also sell various stuff that is far away from medical theme which makes the place look creepy and not like a pharmacy. Apparently you need two different people to do flu and Covid jabs, what? I also did not receive my flu jab receipt and I went to the place again to ask for it and they could not provide me one. They promised to send it to my email but never did
I only give one star for the lovely lady who opened the shop this morning & kindly took the time to explain the procedure & protocol with the process.
The pharmacist needs to be struck off!

The pharmacist was late & is a rude nasty bully who does not follow his own protocols & procedures or any of the ones through 119 government protocols & procedures as explained to me by 119. He is a nasty bully and did not listen to me at all or allow me to show him evidence of my medical situation & which I brought as government website told me and confirmed to do so by 119. This pharmacist used my very vulnerable state & forced me to have a vaccine I did not want. It was booked in correctly through the government’s 119 vaccine helpline and was booked in to get the vaccine I needed. I have health issues and did all the right things but he did not care and told me so.
This is the 2nd time I have been to this pharmacy after been told by 119 and also on the pharmacy Google page that I could walk in & get my vaccine.
