Recently switched to this pharmacy . I've been in twice now for 2 prescriptions and the service has been outstanding . The staff are really lovely and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them.
Lightwater Pharmacy are fabulous. A major asset to the village. Always helpful and reliable.
Yet again a brilliant experience from this pharmacy. After having been to 2 others in the area who were less than helpful, the staff here were polite, professional and very helpful. My 2 year old now has nearly all of the medicines and the last one is on order to arrive in a few days (after bank holiday weekend).

I've been using the pharmacy for a little time now and it the staff are always friendly, professional and polite. Today I saw just how helpful thier pharmacist was. He gave some advice and recommendations to another customer on a health matter. His approach was calming and very professional, with a treatment plan that meant the customer got a good outcome and he took some.pressure off the local GP surgery to.
I’ve been to a few chemists around the area but none of them come close to the service Lightwater provide. Friendly, fast, efficient, reassuring and always the highest level of customer service.
This really is the epitome of what a good community pharmacy should be. Friendly staff and really knowledgeable and helpful pharmacists. Indy (and all the staff) really well respected in the local community. Can’t recommend them highly enough (and I’m a pharmacist myself, who uses this pharmacy for my own prescriptions!).
Miserable place. Miserable cashier. They have the usual stuff, wish I went to boots across the road.
Excellent service and lovely friendly staff. Have the highest regard for Indi and his colleagues who work so hard on behalf of the community. Indi is extremely knowledgeable and professional at all times.
