i even told them just book me for today i got infection on my eye ????️ but they don’t care about no one .
Why did u open the gp if u don’t wana give me an appointment ? And why would i go to the other store i live next to you and that’s crazy to go far away .
I tried to call them exactly 8 o clock but no one pickup my call and when I tried calling again and again they just keep disconnecting it now i went there and they said 8,9 peoples were waiting and this and that, rah , really just get a more staff members in..
Its literally just crazy, am nah goona go there ever .
There staaf don't know how to deal with the patient .I asked to be booked today bcz I have done my blood test and need my medicine and disscuss with the doctor she is saying to me I have appointment for next week at Tudor center like seriously this how you deal with your health
what's the point to have this Surgery next my door if I have to pay to go faraway to other centers. And the receptionist giving me medical advice that your blood test is normal keep taking your medication lik for what I need to keep taking medication if my blood test is normal

playing with the other people health and their lives .
Horrible service - very rude staff. They don’t have any care for their patients. The staff sat around talking amongst themselves, talking about patients - no professionalism whatsoever. This practice should be investigated and closed down, it is a disgrace to the NHS.
This is the worst GP in England. This GP has to close down they are of no use to anyone. Me and my family have being a patient here for over 3yrs but have only managed to secure appointment twice.
My son had rashes all over his body. I called and managed to speak to a doctor who promised to call on video call to examine him. We waited and the doctor never get back to us. I had to take my son to A and E. I was told the condition was serious and requires immediate medical attention.
If you’re a patient here, don’t just rely on them as they are not working for you but against you. Most especially young kids should not be registered here as they are putting children’s life in danger.
They need to be reviewed by the appropriate authorities and hopefully closedown very soon. The Government and NHS must have to take appropriate action before it’s too late.
Some of the receptionist are rude, l have been calling for more than one week now, they either keep me online for almost an hour without giving appointment, or they cut the call. The authority should do something about this GP.
The worst surgery EVER where you never get an appointment. Keep ringing them for hours and when your turn comes nobody answer the call or they disconnect the call. Really really disappointed from this surgery...VERY VEYY RUDE RECEPTIONIST STAFF. even 1 star is too much for them.
Such a bed surgery. Whenever i called for appointment they hv long queue like 4 hours on the phone when its our turn they speaks 30 to 40 sec, like for 25 in queue what they r talking with other and taking time. We never got an appointment . Even u call them after 4 o’clock they hv long queue, they set the automatic recording when its 4 number in queue call disconnects automatically. If u go to surgery for appointment they said we only gave appointment on phone, like if someone don’t hv phone package or something wrong with phone they can’t get the appointment. Very very disappointed. Thank God we r back to whitmore reans surgery.
This practice is ok but sent me to tudor medical practice because they had no appointments available, I was previously a patient at that practice and had to leave because of their appalling service 3 years on nothing has changed I was 10 mins late as I was stuck in roadwork traffic on my way tried to call to let them know but as usual couldn't get through on the phone receptionist kept me waiting for 30 mins to tell me I couldn't be seen nurse was ignoring her msgs as she was busy ... waiting room was empty! This practice does not care about patients health just don't bother leave this practice asap I would of left this review on their website but it wouldn't let me... no wonder people are dying all the time don't be a doctor or nurse if you have no heart and are just doing it for the wages people's lives are in your hands go get a desk job where you don't have to interact with humans. My advice all patients LEAVE TUDOR MEDICAL PRACTICE!!
