Went with knee injury (suspect MCL damage from skiing fall three days previously) with pain increasing and online information suggesting I should seek professional advice asap. Triage within 15 min of arrival but then waited 2 - 3 hours to be seen properly. Quick and efficient x-ray followed soon after by result which showed nothing broken and nothing out of alignment which I pretty much knew (still walking on it!). Came away with treatment advice but not really knowing any more and not knowing whether I should seek more help. All staff there were friendly and helpful.
Fantastic. A&E 5 minutes drive. Leek Moorland 30 mins drive. Just over an hour and I was patched up by fantastic staff ready to fight another day. If it was A&E then I'd still be waiting tomorrow to be seen by their rude staff. Plus free parking. Always a bonus.
Brilliant Service - had to go whilst on holiday in Staffordshire with vertigo on advice of NHS111, seen immediately for triage, then within a few minutes by nurse prescriber - out within 30minutes - absolutely first class service, great staff

Cannot thank all the ladies enough, was working around the corner struggling to get a GP appointment, from the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out less than an hour later I was seen to and treated so professionally and courteously, if there’s any reason to love the NHS it has to be this place! Excellent experience with Dr Price and her team at the rheumatology clinic. Consultation, blood work and x-rays all done in under an hour.
I have been attending the hospital for cbt and to see the NIMS team - abs fantastic service - reception is very friendly (Ann) and the whole hospital is easily the best ive been to. Now off to spinal so hoping the great service continues. If you need a walk in then this is great also do xrays etc so in all a great hospital with great staff

Walked in at 4 pm on a Friday afternoon with a knee problem, all went smoothly from check in to swiftly been seen and given an X ray.
