Great place to visit if you are into aviation. I'm a qualified PPL, plenty of aircraft to see, cafe was great with nice pleasant staff, nice food too.
great day out at flying legends airshow hope it returns next year , well organised amazing amount of aircraft on display even laurel and hardy turned up !
Not a bad little airfield although the guy from the very posh showroom at the cafe end is very obnoxious and thinks he has a right to complain to everyone
Visited for the Northern Private Flyer event. Very well organised and managed. First time visit, but I was very impressed.
Firefly driving experience for my lad, he loved it so it was a worthwhile visit, it was booked through young drivers I think, staff really friendly and already thinking of going again when hes 10 so he can drive a proper car.
Myself and a couple of other friends decided to tick wing walking off our bucket lists ????
All I can say is do it! the experience is AMAZING ???? from getting there meeting the crew Sam and Lily to Martin the pilot , every part of it was well organised. They were very friendly and reassuring answered every question with knowledge , making the experience personal for each one of us. I only wish I was as agile and graceful getting on and off the plane ????????
