Absolutely awful! Ordered a munchy box and found 4 big hairs in the food when the man came back to collect the food he accused me of being a liar at my front door even though the hair is cooked into the food???? he only apologised and gave me my money back when my partner also came downstairs after hearing him call me a liar
Ordered on 15th February.
Got house special chow mein meat very Chewy and burnt . After putting curry sauce on it just dried straight into noodles.
Partner got special fried rice was COLD and again curry sauce dried straight away . Definitely won’t waste anymore money they .
Used to love it here, had a Singapore chow mien no sea food a couple of months ago and had food poisoning the noodles are normally nice and thin but they were thick and it was just disgusting swimming in oil, I stopped going and thought I would try it again as it could have been a one off. Unfortunately I have got food poison the 2nd time and a bad reaction from the amount of MSG they put in the food. Absolutely gutted no more Chinese food for me it was my favourite aswell
The food from this establishment is unbelievable love ordering from this place everytime I fancy a takeaway nice staff and I would highly recommend the munchybox from her
Ordered from here a few times now, and everything has always been spot on! Food is always piping hot, very tasty, and well cooked. Staff are friendly and provide good, fast service.
We waited 2 hours yet again for the 3rd time in a row but keep getting told it will be delivered within the hour. I appreciate if you are busy but be honest with your customers. Quality and quantity have went right downhill. We will not use again until we hear things have improved. Only hearing bad opinions atm.
I ordered a take away at 8pm was asked to come by 9pm. I reached on time but had to wait until 930pm to get my order. The beef fried rice and house special chow mein was worth it... but the crispy sweet and sour chicken was a disaster it was like eating the sweetest dish ever... more like dessert.. recommend everything else from here but don't order anything that says sweet on the menu unless u want to eat it as sweet dish.. other than that it was decent will surely order again..
My wife liked her vegetarian chow mein (a bit greasy). My food was horrible. I'm guessing chicken nuggets with sweet and sour poured over. Even the chips were oven chips. Binned and ordered a chicken kebab.
