My partner and I had dinner on our last night. We both enjoyed our food, but unfortunately, we have a few things to note.
Food: The plating was excellent, but it was quite pricey. For example, a starter portion of risotto cost almost as much as the beef my partner had, and this didn't include any side dishes.
Service: We were not satisfied with the service. When the food was served, the potato was missing. They did bring two after sending the first, but we were surprised to find out that we had to pay for both. I informed the waitstaff that we had only ordered one, and it was eventually removed from the bill.
I asked for table service water, but I had to remind the waitress after our meals were already finished.
When we both ordered dessert, the cutlery was not set before the dessert was served.
The manager seemed too focused on other tables.
We also noticed that some tables received bread while waiting for their meals, whereas we didn't receive any.
I hope they can improve their service to match the prices on their menu.
Le service est long si vous arrivez sur le coup de feu et il vaut mieux prévoir une pause déjeuner assez flexible. La qualité des plats et l'amabilité du personnel sont impeccables et compensent l'attente quelque peu.
Restaurant coloré très sympa avec un excellent service (souriant, poli, attentif, etc!). La terrasse offre une vue magnifique sur le lac, lausanne et les montagnes en arrière plan. Tartar de bœuf et expresso gourmand délicieux. Prix un peu élevé, mais justifié par une bonne expérience gastronomique.
Bon restaurant. Une décoration très joli, un service agréable et de bons et beaux plats.
Excellente expérience culinaire. Une entrée de poitrine de porc en même temps croustillante et fondante. Des tagliatelle parfaitement al dente. Hautement recommandé.

Restaurant d’hôtel assez typique et où l’on mange plutôt bien sans être exceptionnel. On sent qu’il y a de l’envie mais que c’est un peu brouillon. Salade mêlée qui n’à de mêlée que le nom (merci les carottes), et burger plutôt bon par contre avec des frites nommées « du terroir « mais qui semblent bien être industrielles. Entre la cuisine et la salle on perçoit un peu d’approximations, par contre il faut reconnaître que le serveur était très gentil et souriant.
Service pas au niveau d'un 4*. Les serveurs ne sont pas du tout attentifs aux clients et il vaut mieux ne pas être pressé. Sinon, plats et prix sont corrects.
