On arrival to our lovely Alpine chalet in quiet Le Châble on a Sunday eve we found all of the markets were closed ... but it took only a five minute stroll down the lane to find five-star Le KOTI, a casual pub-eatery and organic pizza parlour du jour (!). KOTI translates to "home" in Finnish (presumably an owner's heritage or philosophy transplanted to this va-va-voom Verbier-adjacent Franco-Swiss spot): warm, welcoming and with positive vibes, with easy access to and from Le Châble-Verbier télécabine. We started with the soup and salad verte before sharing the house specialty organic chèvre-miel (+) grande pie, which was more than sufficient for two. Our expectations were superseded. We would (and will) go again. We would order delivery to Chamonix, the US or UK if only we could. Intergenerational with a youthful bustle and buzz. Jennifer (& John) ???? #2024

Une pizza dont le secret de la pâte doit être bien gardé car il vous fait saliver bien plus tard juste par la pensée et une "Nébuleuse" légère mais goutue qui vous rafraîchit l'esprit embrumé par tant de douceurs.Un gérant affable qui prend soin de sa clientèle, on y vient par hasard la 1ère fois et on y revient pour l'enchantement de cette superbe expérience .Merci .????????
On a adoré l'ambiance, le service, les pizzas sont excellentes, bref, une adresse qu'on recommande.
We were greeted by the owner, who was so welcoming. The other staff person was very friendly and recommended some great spots to visit. And the espresso and homemade food were wonderful. Loved it!
Went back for dinner. Bomb pizza and pad thai! Best spot in town.
