I was looking for a late night snack after going out. And I came by this place by accident. It was a happy one. The shawarma was delicious. Authentic arabic one with bread and all. I took the big one. The service was quick and the prices were good. It's your best option in Soho food wise at that time of the night.
I am absolutely appalled by the service. On arrival the place seemed to be closing, instead of saying they were closed, they were kind enough to offer a 1 star service. When I asked for a chicken wrap, I was offered with some chicken, and some bread which the man behind the counter said he’d offer me some cold chips ‘on the house’. I wasn’t even offered salad or anything. Some appalling service and food for 12£. You might as well spend your money on McDonald’s which is only a walk away and you know what to expect.
Everything was excellent and authentic. The perfect light lunch stop for us, but there were others enjoying an amazing looking and substantial feast. Very respectable veggie options, chicken and meats, and kid friendly.
So there we were, starving and hangry. We had been walking around London for the better part of the day, when we came across this place. They had the right idea and sent the wonderfully fragrant smells across the street to draw us in. It is a wonderfully small place with a lot to choose from on the menu and we settled for a Chicken Shawarma and a Halloumi wrap (trust me there was much more to satisfy!). Within minutes our guys had brought over the food and OMG it was amazing. As a walk through and eat on the go place, it definately does hit the spot for anyone. We were also treated to some Lebanese sweet treats that were delicious, make sure you get some of these on your way out, they are cheap enough and are a perfect after accompaniment to your food. Check this place out as soon as you can, you won't regret it and make it your new fave quick snack stop.
Chicken Shawarma is one of my favorite dishes! It's flavorful, juicy, and packed with delicious spices. You can try it at LAYALINA PICCADILLY in London. They serve amazing Middle Eastern cuisine, and their Chicken Shawarma is a must-try! Enjoy!
I ordered the lamb (I think they call the lamb- shawarma) wrap meal deal. My husband ordered the lamb & chicken wrap meal deal. Both meals came with chips(French fries) & delicious garlic sauce, ketchup, mayo & chilli sauce. I also got the fresh squeezed lemonade. It was so delicious! We are so glad that we found this small delicious restaurant in London. My meal was $15 because I got the fresh squeezed lemonade & my husband's was $13. You can sit down & eat at the restaurant. It can seat up to 15 people or so. We highly recommend this restaurant for any locals or tourists that are in the London area????
What an amazing kebab. We ate in. the staff were so friendly. It was so do good we came again the following evening. The food was so tasty. The meat was melt in the mouth. What a food experience. Thank you.
One of the best places in uk to dine in. Their doner is amazing and the best. The staff their is a delight and i love them . Anka and her service is the best she is a delight. I will suggest this place anyday
