Normally a good service but I can understand their frustration when they have to deal with all kinds of people from the local morphine brigade to many more. I don't know what's happened but seems always struggling for items lately. Is this the result of chemists taking on patients for minor ailments?? Normally good and friendly but I feel let down recently especially when I don't have time to keep checking if doctors have sent prescription when told by chemist that they haven't. So much for internet and apps, maybe a step backwards from technology would be better
The pharmacist is rude, aggressive, insulting and dishes out insults when he has to wait for a second. My husband had made the mistake of parking in front of a locked gate. My husband apologised and moved his car straight away. This pharmacist told him he should learn to read and that he had to go around again. An apology should have negated things but it just added to his temper. Hope the CCG know of his angry manner. Seems my husband is not the first to be shouted at be this individual.
Got a prescription rushed though by 111 and got told to head there now as it is open till 9pm. Arrived at 8:30 and it was shut despite signs on the pharmacy itself saying it is open till 9pm. I needed the medication but now will have to wait till tomorrow evening as I am at work tomorrow day. Waste of time and petrol.
Thank you to Nathan and the rest of the team for the kindness they showed my Mother on 05/11 when she came for her Covid booster. As she has trouble walking,, a kind gentleman came out to the car and vaccinated her there.

I just called the pharmacy asking for COVID vaccination enquires and even had whom ever spoke to me hanging up the phone, this person as no education whatsoever, no customer service skills and is rude beyond belief! You should be sacked, this is not the way we to address to clients!
Staff are so arrogant and need serious proper training as they dont tell the customers the correct information with there attitudes being disgusting!!!!! ????????????????
If i new I could of waited i would if done but no the service is shocking!!!!
Fantastic pharmacy!! Most genuine, caring staff!! Pharmacist lovely guy!!! No other pharmacy comes close!!! Been to them all for medications for my children, always a problem, never with these guys!! 5 star!!
