Worst mechanic I've ever seen in this area. What they do is remove the good part, replace it with a new one and get paid. They said they fixed my car but it still doesn't work the way I wanted and my car is missing parts

I turned up late evening with no appointment following a failed MOT elsewhere. Had a brand new cat converter ordered and fitted within 1.5 hours. Never been so happy. Couldn’t believe the process. So easy and friendly. The lady is very clued up around car mechanics. The gents working on the cars, all very friendly and welcoming. This will be my new go to garage for anything going forward. 100% a 5* service.
