The quality and price balance is the best in London.

Great value hot pot
If quantity and value is what you are after Laoma is ideal.
£25 per person is great value.
However if quality is what you are after happy lamb would be a better option but be prepared to pay twice that.
Hotpot is £22 (inc. service) all you can eat - includes lamb slices, offal (tongue, intestine), fish fillets, squid, mushrooms, shelled prawns, tofu, spam, fishballs. Oddly no vegetables or noodles.
Hot soup is very spicy, so would suggest getting a mix of soup.
Drinks included in the price are soft drink, tea and aloe vera.
Overall it's ok. The value is only really if you are going to eat A LOT.
(I would probably look at the a la carte next time instead).

Came here for the buffet hot pot. It was okay. At the start we were given 4 really large plates of everything. We were basically full after all the food given (although we then ordered some additional vege and some meat). It was £32 pp, not too expensive considering it was in central London. May come next time.
Very good Chinese restaurant!! No need to go to Chinatown, this place is perfect: small, friendly staff, good ingredients and abundant portions at a reasonable London price ???? what else can you ask for?
You get 3 dishes and unlimited rice for £9 (at the time of writing). Excellent value for money. (and great food quality as well)
The £8 rice-dishes was so worth it. Portion was very large and the dishes were delicious. Will be back!
