The pharmacy is situated on the Langley High street in a location that gives access to a lot of elderly who live nearby and parents who are dropping their children off school. There is ample parking nearby too. The staff are lovely people who you can rely on. They are always nice and polite and willing to listen. They usually have what I need in stock but will order it if they don't. Unlike a lot of places too they tell me if there is a supply issue and even advise on other local pharmacies who may have done left in stock.
They are always happy and willing to have a chat which is nice to see as these interactions are what elderly people who are lonely need.
The pharmacist, Sam is very knowledgeable and is so nice and helpful. She can advise on alternative products which serve the same purpose and despite how busy she is she will always have a smile on her face, be polite and chat about the world. This is despite how busy she is, measuring and pouring things at the back for prescriptions. Don't change guys you're doing fantastic!
I'm very sorry to put this review on here as both me and Mum have used this pharmacy for year's and never had problem's with the service. But today I feel I must. My Mum is 77yrs old, disabled and diabetic. She was down to her last insulin pen. Two weeks ago, she had her Blistex packs with all her medication in - except insulin. I called in the chemist for her, told them Mum was short on insulin. They said the insulin was in the bag. It wasn't. They gave me 1 insulin pen for Mum. Mum was advised by them to contact her GP for more insulin. On Thursday she did and the GP said the insulin would be in the pharmacy on Friday. Called in Friday - no insulin. Called in on Saturday - again NO INSULIN!! So we called in today only to be told again that there was no insulin. By this point, my Mum blew her top as it costs her money in a taxi to keep going to the pharmacy for the medication she needs to survive. Two minutes later, they put the insulin pack on the counter that they'd had all along waiting for her!! Never had such shocking customer service from this pharmacy before!! If it carries on, we will be transferring our custom to another pharmacy.
We use this pharmacy on a regular basic for our care home located in Langley and they are absolutely fantastic and always happy to help especially Karina who is our main point of contact. We could not recommend them enough and would like to a say massive thank you for your fantastic services.
Had some wonderful advice from the pharmacist regarding my mom today he was fantastic! Was ever so friendly & helped us out a lot. Thank you so much really appreciate your help ????????
Customer service is excellent. All very professional staff. Medication is always ready on time. Definitely took the stress out of the monthly collecting of medication. I'm not sure if the staff read these reviews, but if they do, I just want to say to all staff you do an amazing job and thank you.
Started off really good but in the last few months service has been rubbish. Continually having to chase up missing medication , always an excuse and blaming gp for not issuing prescription when clearly they have. Promise to call back/deliver following day but it doesn’t happen. Very poor service of late.
Such a tidy chemist and the staff are always polite and go above and beyond helping you out. Always full of smiles well done team keep up the good work
This pharmacy is brilliant! The girls are really sweet and friendly and helpful. They had really helpful advice and made sure I understood the directions to my medications.
